General Information

We are so excited for our first event of 2026! And what a way to start the year in none other than Sin City. Join us this January for a weekend exploring all that Vegas has to offer: lights, shows, and coasters, of course!

General Itinerary

Thursday – January 8th, 2026 

  • Meet up at the hotel bar/casino for those arriving early

Friday – January 9th, 2026 

  • Approx 10:00AM – Pool hangs at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay
  • 2:00PM – Meow Wolf Omega Mart experience (located at AREA15)
  • 5:00PM – The Golden Tiki welcome party
  • 7:00PM – Universal Horror Unleashed early evening

Saturday – January 10th, 2026 

  • AM Hike at Valley of Fire State Park
  • Group lunch
  • Group photo at Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign
  • Coaster Creds – The Adventuredome and The Big Apple Coaster at NYNY in the afternoon
  • Meet at BrewDog Las Vegas early evening
  • Cirque show – Absinthe at Caesar’s Palace aiming for 9 or 11PM show

Sunday – January 11th, 2026 

  • Free Time!

Event Sign Up

  • Sign ups will close on Friday, December 5th at 11:59 PM Eastern time!
  • It is important that each person attending the event fills out a registration form individually.
  • BBCC membership is not required for this event.
  • You must be 21 years of age to attend this event.

Pricing

  • This event will include a la carte pricing for each individual activity including:
    • Meow Wolf Omega Mart ticket- $56
    • Universal Horror Unleashed ticket- $89
    • Adventuredome wristband- $47 for members, $50 for nonmembers
    • NYNY Big Apple Coaster- $20 for members, $23 for nonmembers
    • Coordination for the Valley of Fire State Park hike and Absinthe Cirque show will occur separately. Please indicate your interest in the registration form.

      • Rooms are king or 2 queen. There is a $40/adult charge for each person over double occupancy.
